Everyone Affected By The TragedyMon, Oct 1, 2001; by fxthoo. I'm a Malaysian Chinese half way around the world from the tragedy of September 11. But I feel sadness and grief for all who have suffered. I love the US. And I know billions of people in this world love the US as well. We love that country for a variety of reasons but the most enduring one would be what the US represents - freedom.The US is freedom. To have seen freedom attacked is to have all our hopes and dreams shattered. I believe I speak on behalf of a huge part of this world when I say that the US is on the minds of many people who wish to love it, become part of it and to know it. It is indeed, the greatest country in this world and New York is the greatest city in the world. God Bless America and Her People.
